Customer service is fast and employees are nice. However, the grilling station employee burned my burger everytime I order. These 2 picture below are captured in 2 different occasions. There is a time I cameback and they made me a new one but other times get home and realize my burger is burnt, didnt really worth the time to come back.Really hope someone could train or help them with the grilling or have some quality control at least.Food maybe served late but pls not burnt.
I highly recommend this location! The food for the value definitely worth it. The food was carefully assembled, not just thrown together recklessly like many fast food places. The customer service was Fabulous? the young lady who served us was just lovely helpful considerate respectful & an absolute delight☺️Dietary restrictions: Very respectful and accommodating of our requests. We requested no bacon add mayonnaise & ketchup. No problem! So considerate & polite☺️

I stopped in for the king meal deal, requested an onion ring substitution for fries, and a milk substitution for the sugary drink.They had no plain white milk.I asked for small fries as a substitute. When I got home, I found there were no onion rings, and no dipping sauce, two very small fries and the sandwiches were seriously shrink-flated from the last time I ordered.The chicken piece was irregular and dried out and the roadhouse burger bun tasted moldy.I felt quite disappointed.I...read full review
