I do not recommend this branch for families. It feels unsafe, and there are suspicious individuals around the area. Unfortunately, I personally experienced theft there, and I did not feel that the staff were able to properly protect the place or customers. While the food itself is good, safety is a serious issue. The security does not seem effective, and I was told that the cameras were not working at the time. There are people around who make the environment uncomfortable and not suitable for children. I hope management takes safety seriously and improves security to make this location safer for everyone.

This location scammed me off my rewards, I had 8000+ points that I've initially earned and wanted to use 4000 to redeem a free cheeseburger. Instead of voiding off one transaction because I just wanted 1 cheeseburger they tendered my transaction twice scamming me off 4000 points. Disappointed with my experience here...

Great burger king! I’ve been coming here for nearly 2 decades, as a child to now as an adult.
This location Burger King’s whoppers never disappoint, they will accommodate if you need extra toppings or less, and the BK free Whopper receipt deal with an order of fries and drink is too good to pass up as well.
Lobby is always clean and taken care of, good customer service the staff are adequate and friendly.
I loved coming here with family when I was younger, occasionally I still will. Now it’s a neat spot to grab a quick delicious whopper with my partner. Love this west end BK!
