EVERYTHING about this restaurant was pure perfection. We were warmly greeted the moment we walked in and the feeling of community is so strong. Add to that the menu that hangs above the counter, so many options! We ordered a chili cheese dog, a bacon cheeseburger and the special of the day (Fat Boy Burger) fries and gravy and 2 cans of coke.
Let me say this. Those burgers were so good, I literally shed a tear of pure joy. The buns are THE BEST and the burger was flawlessly seasoned.
I can't wait until we are in Winnipeg again so that I can come here and try some more of that menu...Im betting everything on there is incredible.“

Georges is a place I recommend to my classmates over McDonald's as the fat boy platter is actually cheaper than a quarter pounder, larger, made I can visually tell what the ingredients are, comes with a mountain of fries, the chili in the burger isn't excessive and adds a nice amount of salt, and is honestly one of the best burgers in town. Get it with the works the cooks know what they're doing.“

“We celebrated my 50th birthday here last night. Everything was fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed my bison curried stew and the rest of the group said their food was excellent.
