I called in my order was told it would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes after the call and waited in the restaurant for 25 minutes before my order was handed to me. Not even a free drink offered for being so late.

We order Chicken Chef frequently and every time they get it wrong. This time we ordered two four piece dinners. What we got was, 8 pieces of chicken, 1 roll, 1 coleslaw and a dill sauce, all crammed into a single box. The box typically used for one dinner. Then try to complain about the order and apparently speaking up is being aggressive. Customer service used to mean something.

Nice restaurant friendly staff prompt service. I ordered 3 piece chicken dinner. Chicken was good, normal size pieces, fries a touch brand (lacking salt). Things would've been better if there were ketchup, napkins, and a fork for the salad. It wasn't a horrible experience nor was it stellar. Mediocrity at its best.

We always passed by for several years now and we finally decided to try out dinner. Chicken fingers were tasty and double order of fries. I had 2 piece chicken with salad and pasta salad- yummy. Finished with Oreo cheesecake. Highly recommend you give them a try if you haven’t been here already. Our server was great.

In my experience, Chicken Chef is pretty consistent regardless of which location you visit. On this particular visit we were dining at the Portage Avenue location. The food was tasty and portion sizes were good. I ordered the 2 piece Chicken Snack with mashed potatoes and gravy, and also tried a slice of pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Our server was polite, friendly, and attentive. The food arrived quickly and our server checked back frequently. The atmosphere is okay. If you are looking for a quick bite that’s affordable, then Chicken Chef is a great option!
