So this chop location is just like I remember it from many years ago excellent! When I stay in Winnipeg for business, I often will stay at the Holiday Inn Polo Park. This is 800 m walking distance from the hotel so if I’m gonna have some cocktails, it’s an easy walk. This evening I sat at the bar, had an excellent meal and a couple of drinks as well. Dined in on a Friday evening with a group of about 18 adults. We had a table of 8 and our server was Quinn. Quinn was one of the best servers I have had in a restaurant in a long time. He was friendly and upbeat. He was attentive without being intrusive. When there was a slight problem with one of the orders he made sure it was rectified quickly. A pleasure to have him serving us.
