“First time trying this Columbia food place in the Exchange District. The flavors and ingredients are simple and authentic, and everything was handmade. 🥟 We tried the beef, chicken, cheese, and pork empandas. We found the beef was a little more seasoned than the others. 🧀The Paracon pisao with cheese tasted nice with the cheese and sauce. The plantain in this dish also tasted good (sometimes they can be a bit sour). 🌽The Arepa de choclo was mildly sweet, it came with sour heavy cream which was an interesting but good combination. Overall, I think it's worth giving this place a try. Lots of gluten free options. I however found most dishes on the menu were deep fried so the food can feel quite heavy. The server was very nice. To order you go to the front desk.“
