“I give 5 stars for all my previous visits — the ice cream was always exactly what I wanted. But this time, the girl at the counter made a mistake, and I had to pay again to get the right one. She should know the menu better and ask questions if unsure. Disappointing, especially since I came here just for this ice cream.“

“Today my family and I went for a fast ice cream treat and to my surprise the owner was on site and man oh man was he ever the nicest owner I have ever met. I went into the store and I order right away what I wanted while my family was right behind me. So as I order and the gentle man took my order and was as and I asked for extra Oreo and extra nuts and extra smarties omg did he ever made my day he literally put EXTRA and I was omg best day ever . Then he made my sister’s banana split and my sister asked for extra banana and I said to my sister no we have bananas at home he then said to my sister don’t worry I’ll put on it for no extra charge I was WOW that’s awesome. This man is going above and beyond for customers satisfaction and oh boy am all about that. So thank you sir for being the kind of a owner. I never do reviews but man this was needed. Again a big THANK YOU for the DQ on Sargent Avenue way to give the best customer service I ever gotten.“

“I ordered a 10' ice cream cake for my daughters' birthday party. Wasn't really sure what to expect when I went to order. Staff were so nice, and very helpful. She wanted an ice cream cake, with mermaids and I wasn't really sure if they could do that. Turns out they do. They do custom photo, an edible photo (which is what I got, and I just had to use a photo from google. Super easy), and one other option but I can't remember what it was. Cake was great, always good ice cream cake from Dairy Queen. Will definitely be back.“

“Went in to get some Blizzards. There were only 2 workers and 1 of them was just standing in the back. She finally came up after about 10 minutes or so but there were customers getting impatient with the wait and some of them left without ordering anything.“

“We travelled back to Canada from US this spring. It was not until we went to DQ on Scurfield Blvd today that we had the almost perfect blizzard. Well mixed, ice cream just right and super fast. Why can’t all other DQ’s all be the same? Anyway good for you guys, thanks.“

“We went in with a really picky 5yr old who was on the verge of a full meltdown. The girl behind the counter knew exactly what to do, calmed her down with ice cream option and by showing her and letting her pick her own sprinkles for her ice cream. She saved the day. Everything was good but who can go wrong with ice cream.“

“Happy to get our orders (used 2 coupons separately). Cashier used to be so strict in the past didn't allow to use 2nd coupon for another meal.
Surprised to find lesser fries, gravy and cheese curds than we had previous orders. Hope there's better quality control. Full scores in all if quantity served was okay.“

“I went through the drive through and ordered the Flame Thrower. When I pulled up to the pick up window the young lady working there shot me in the face with a flame thrower. Or that’s what it felt like. She was stunningly beautiful. And my face got all hot and I think I mumbled something and then drove away really fast without my food and hit a parked car. So I just sat there, engine smoking singing along to Your Beautiful by James Blunt. Then I went to get an Iced coffee at Starbucks because my face was so hot. The barista was so hot. When she asked what I wanted instead of saying iced coffee I said sliced cabbage. My face felt like she shot me in the face with a flamethrower. Then I realized I was still pretty hungry so I went to Popeyes and guess what. Ugly everyone of them.“

“I often go to Dairy Queen in St Vital Center. The products are good, friendly staff, and the service is fast.
I still find that the prices are a little expensive compared to the quantities supplied.
The location, there is no better, very friendly.
I recommend from time to time.“
