Unfortunately this location CONSTANTLY messes up my orders whether it be over charging me, or missing items. They also never give me a receipt and I'm too socially awkward to ask lol but I like to get the points 🥺
Drive thru- fast service, friendly staff. Was busy.
Had ice cream. Sat outside. Nice

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a popular spot that can get busy, with customers often waiting in line. Despite the crowds, the staff strives to provide excellent service, as demonstrated by the accommodating staff member who handled a special request and the extra vigilant server who worked hard to keep orders on track. The restaurant maintains a clean and fresh atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a meal, such as a banana split, with loved ones. The location also offers friendly and helpful staff, with some employees going above and beyond to assist customers, including helping with last-minute needs like birthday cakes. The manager is known for being compassionate and understanding, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for. The restaurant's bathroom is generally clean and usable, which is notable for a Dairy Queen. However, the parking lot is considered unsafe and confusing, especially for pedestrians, as cars often come quickly over the drive-thru entrance from Portage Ave, making access somewhat of a nightmare. Overall, it’s a busy but friendly place with good service and a pleasant environment.
