We came in tonight with a large amount to buy in an empty store. We had a hard time deciding so we let anyone who came in go ahead. However, the lady behind the counter thought it was necessary to try to rush us along by informing us that they were getting busy. She kept rushing us and trying to get us to move to the side when we still had 2 transactions to do. I used to buy peanut buster parfait and it was make with a good quantity of warm chocolate and fresh peanut, at this location I need to ask for refund, the first time I went back I said there is almost no chocolate, she said the ice cream cover it. I realize the Chocolat was cols and peanut was looking like old peanut, I said your chocolate is cold, she said it is max heat, she said it warm but when I put on the ice cream it is getting cold fast ... am I stupide !! Disappointed. - Have had a couple of Blizzards in the past month with hardly any 'stuff' in them. - Basically Ice cream with maybe a tablespoon of the added treat in it - can't even call it a Blizzard - just a big cup of ice cream with a few chunks here and there - people DO notice these things you know. :( - I'll be going to the other Portage Ave DQ from now on - they are much more generous.
