I placed online order at 3059 Portage Ave. I meant to place my order at 1683 Corydon Ave. but the first location which is 3059 Portage Ave. took my point and cancel my order which is gave me no option whether I come and pick it now or I don’t have it ,then I spoke with the different location which is 1683 Corydon Ave is the right place where we usually order from. I spoke with A friendly manager I explained to her what happened to me and described to her everything and show her my receipt order and the order number she honour and place an order for me solve the problem which is very nice of her doing that for my family, but she didn’t have to. Thankfully she made our Friday better if you ever want to order Dominos Pizza 1683 Corydon Ave. is the right place to go I recommends you to go there.Clean place, friendly people, fast-paced food taste really good no complain and we leave happy..

This place is always super consistent and the staff is so great. I’ve been ordering here for 20+ years. When it’s ridiculously busy sometimes they’re a bit less consistent…but that’s how it goes at all restaurants. This is dominos, it’s the fast food of pizza and all things considered this location is very good. People need to reign in their expectations.

I recently placed an online order for pickup, initially opting for a Large Pepperoni pizza. Intrigued, I decided to experiment with the Pan crust, not realizing it was only available in a medium size. The system automatically updated my order to medium, which I noticed shortly after. Eager to rectify this, I promptly called the store, hoping to revert to the regular crust for a large pizza. Unfortunately, the staff informed me it was too late to modify the order. This experience left me feeling disappointed, as it seemed like Domino's customer satisfaction policy was not adequately addressed, and there was a lack of effort from the staff to resolve the situation satisfactorily.

I have been calling the store and they keep putting me straight to hold without even acknowledging my calls. I had walked in to get my order and when I drove home I had found out they forgotten the sauces that I had paid extra for. I also asked for no onions and mushrooms on the pizza as my children won’t eat the pizza if there is. I ended up having to make them a separate supper tonight.
