I placed online order at 3059 Portage Ave. I meant to place my order at 1683 Corydon Ave. but the first location which is 3059 Portage Ave. took my point and cancel my order which is gave me no option whether I come and pick it now or I don’t have it ,then I spoke with the different location which is 1683 Corydon Ave is the right place where we usually order from. This place is always super consistent and the staff is so great. I’ve been ordering here for 20+ years. When it’s ridiculously busy sometimes they’re a bit less consistent…but that’s how it goes at all restaurants. This is dominos, it’s the fast food of pizza and all things considered this location is very good. People need to reign in their expectations.
I usually can expect a good quality pizza in a reasonably quick time when I use the app to preorder. Today unfortunately was the exception. I got to the store to pick up my order but has to wait five minutes before I was served. They took my money, then after another five minutes I was told that one of my pizzas was given away to someone else. They said that they would make up a replacement right away. Two other walk in customers ordered and got their pizzas and I was still waiting....read full review
