Empty Cup Cafe is a true gem! The coffee is always on point, fresh and tasty, and the staff make you feel genuinely welcome. Whether you’re there to work or unwind, the ambiance is just perfect. Yesterday we went there just 5 minutes before closing, instead of saying that they were closed for the day, the staff welcomed us with smile and served us. I’ll definitely be back – again and again!

There are always new cafes and pop-ups around the city, but honestly don’t let the hype fool you. Nothing like an Empty cup coffee or matcha. You can taste the quality in every cup, and they’ve kept it consistent over the years. It’s the kind of place that quietly does everything right. Still my go-to, every time.

Great little place but the tables for 4 are usually taken up by one person on their laptop for hours, so it'sluck if you get a seat. . They need more tables outside maybe by the sidewalk. The coffee is great and their croissants are really good also.

Was disappointed with my banana pancake latte. I ordered one at the Panet location, and it was amazing, I ordered it here, and it was not great. I think they missed something, but I have only had a good one once, so I could say what it was.

First time at the Academy location. I bought a sandwich and an iced chai latte. I went to pay and realized my personal bank card was in my fanny pack at home (from kayaking the previous day). My server told me he would cover it. Luckily I had my business bank card with me and it worked. Thank you to my server for offering to cover it!!
This was my 1st time, but it's clearly a popular spot with many regulars. Great selection of coffee/tea, hot or cold, and great simple food menu. Some unique flavor combos along with the familiar & everything tasted wonderful! My friend just had a beverage but I also had a grilled cheese sandwich as well as some items for take-out.

Nice little coffee shop My only complaint is the parking lot. It's small and terrible for parking. You could put up 30 min max parking please. I would come more often if I could park. No parking , no stopping .
