I regret visiting Five Guys after experiencing their appalling service and hygiene standards. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout our visit. To make matters worse, we mentioned dietary and allergy restrictions to certain ingredients and could see them picking them off our burgers, the whole place looked unacceptable and unsanitary. Such a disappointing experience from a place we expected more from. Won't be recommending to anyone.
hamburgers are delicious, fries are perfect. especially when they add MORE fries to your bag!
