I have positive experience with all George's in the city. This one is no exception. Ordered a Fatboy combo, chicken finger dinner and some onion rings. It was delicious.

The food is always constantly good here! Always a family favourite. They are EVEN SELLING HATS AND T-SHIRTS for just $20. My boyfriend wears the hat all the time. He says it’s a very comfortable good quality trucker hat. With an adjustable snap at the back of the hat. 💙🤍🍔

It had been years since I had a George's burger, but I got the craving and Googled the closest location to where I was. I hadn't been to this one, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's in a little strip mall type location next to the gas station. It was exactly what I was expecting when I walked in. The colours and the layout was the traditional George's from what I remembered. The young lady at the counter was very friendly. I ordered a bacon burger, fries with gravy on the side, water to drink, for inside. She said she'd bring it out when it was ready. About 5 or so minutes later, she brought it out. It looked, smelled, and tasted exactly how I was expecting. Delicious! I'll definitely be going back to that location more frequently.

Ordered a half Greek fries for $8 and a bottled drink for $4 and somehow paid $15.47, but otherwise the food quality was really good.
We did mention the cost difference but was told it was the correct price. Tried looking online for an email to ask about it but didn’t see one so just ate the extra cost. Still would eat here as food is very good, just check your bill.

Double cheese dog is fantastic. Edit 7/3/25, decent but has gone a bit downhill.

We went there for our anniversary 35 bucks for 2 fatboy combos doesnt come with gravy added gravy and came to 45 bucks almost 10 bucks for gravy and a unrealistic pile of fries why dont they give you less fries and less gravy and dont charge so much and the blonde girl standing at the counter staring at me when i looked her way she,d look away im not sure what her problem was but never going there again and telling everyone i know not to go there

Food just is not what it use to be. Prices are ridiculous. I don't know if it's the ingredients,or a new cook. But the Greek special is a dry, pathetic excuse of chili cheese fries you could ask for. Burgers are ok, but again. Dry.

I was born in Winnipeg and George’s was the place to go for burgers. Every time I visit Winnipeg, I try to make time for a burger and fries from George’s. They also have subs which are also amazing.
If you are in Winnipeg, stop in at one of their locations.
