I normally get pizza from the Freshco Gondola Pizza, had a small get-together. Ordered an XL gluten free pizza cause one of my friend is allergic to gluten. When i placed the order, the person did not mention that gluten free only comes in medium. I went to pick up the order and to my surprise its a medium. I had to order separate food from Pizza hut due the person's mistake. If the person advised us about the size, I would have ordered food accordingly. The service from this place is soo shit. Will never go back here. The toppings were not even put properly, some pieces had like 1 black olive while the other has like soo many.

Everyone there is so nice to talk to and pizza is aways great! Ive ordered take out here probably 30 times since they've opened. Always consistently fantastic!

We have ordered here 3 times. So….. they have had many chances to get it right. Sadly, they have disappointed every time. Their pizza is no where near as good as the gondola at 1292 Pembina Hwy. They need to find out what they are doing wrong and fix it. We will not be giving it a fourth try.

I ordered XL homestyle pizza first time and very disappointed. it was completely tasteless. Base was tasting old flour taste and vegetables were not visible.

Super yummy pizza. Arrived hot and fresh. Thin and chewy crust. Ordered veggies pizza with side bacon. Side bacon and green olives tasted great

We normally love Gondola pizza, but this was our first time ordering from this location and we are very disappointed. When we got our food, the pizza was cold, and they gave us the wrong order of wings. We called explaining that we got the wrong wing order and that our pizza was cold, and they said they couldn’t do anything about the pizza, but they would give us the wings. However, they called us back wanting the wings back?? (we got this delivered??) That took over an hour for them to bring us the right wings. To sum up; we will not be ordering from this Gondola location again.

Ordered an XL thin crust pizza with side bacon and canned mushrooms. Delivered hot and delicious. Also ordered a small poutin (fries, gravy, cheese curds), which was also great. Love Gondola pizza especially with side bacon. The Best.

We ordered a pizza here two nights ago and it was great. We checked times online tonight and saw they were open till 11. We stopped in at 10:15-10:20 and opened the door to be told they were closed. Still open 45 minutes. It shows both online and on the door that is was open till 11. Our pizza we ordered two nights ago was ready in 20 minutes. Online it says it will open at 4pm tomorrow but on the door it says it opens at 10am. What do we trust. Very disappointing when we were going to show our friends how good their pizza is. 👎🏻 Way to lose two family’s business. We will go to another Gondola Pizza!
