Extremely rude old lady at this place. She straight asked an east Indian food deliver not to come back if he was unable to speak English.

I just walked in to place an order and not a soul in sight. Door open, sign on, called out, and got no response. Waited a few minutes, but no one was there. Pretty disappointing.

Called to order a pizza from west end location as it’s the closest to us they told us they won’t take us and to call saint Mary’s location so we did. Called and talked to a pipsqueek “manager” who wouldn’t take the order cause it’s not in his location and to call west end. Seems like the blind leading the blind over there at Gondola with no co ordination or understanding on how to run a business.
Never order there to begin with cause the pizza sucks but they have a 20 Xl deal so decided to give it a try. Never again. Way too incompetent.

We had high hopes this Gondola location would serve a fantastic pizza like in the old days but we were mistaken. We ordered an extra lrg ham and pineapple and it was terrible. No flavor, barely any sauce and and
miniscule amount of toppings. We will never order from the St.Marys Rd location again. Next time we'll try the Pembina Highway location hopefully this location will fare better. Gave it three stars because the person who served us when we picked it up was very nice.

We had ordered pizza from Gondola for years and at one point the pizza was terrible so we stopped. We gave it another try a couple of years ago and know without a doubt their thin crust pizza is know a 9 or a 10 easy. Try the kicken chicken and the perogie DELICIOUS! Thnx to the staff for their hard work.

Pizza was cooked perfectly, I asked to have it cooked well done and they cooked the crust perfect, it wasn’t burnt. Everything from the service to the food was perfect, great job guys!
