Gondola Pizza NORTH ST. VITAL, Windsor Park, St.Boniface, Southdale, SouthLand Park

Have used many times before but this time.......1 hour late, pizza was cold, and crust stuck to the box. Probably my last time.

I usually order delivery the other day June 19th 2026 I went and picked up …. Worst mistake ever … there was one guy working he was answering the phone collecting the cash and making the pizza ….while he was putting the toppings on my pizza he was scratching the top of his nose his head was sweaty under his ball cap and he was rubbing the sweat off his forehead …. I had prepaid otherwise I would have walked out ….. when he brought my pizza out he had asked if I had a problem …. To avoid a confrontation I said no and asked why …. He said he noticed I was watching his every move in the kitchen ….. but yeah there was a problem…. I took my pizza and left ….. I threw it in the closest garbage bin I found …. I was not eating a pizza that was made with those hands that were not wiped or covered after everything that he touched I wanted to vomit ….. guess we need to watch how our food is made !!

Update - Was contacted 1hr after posting this negative review. Unfortunate this is the route I had to take, but appreciate the response non the less. Will likely be proceeding with Gondolas if the bulk pricing is reasonable.

Been trying to get a hold of the manager for 4 weeks to schedule an order of ~40 pizzas for our wedding social. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like the manager is interested, and won’t get in touch despite multiple voicemails and messages left with staff. Just tried calling again and was hung up on. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had in my life!!!!! We have not had pizza from this location in years and all of sudden my husband says lets try something different, clearly he forgot we did not like the pizza before either....Everything about this pizza screamed OLD!! It tasted like absolutely nothing. I grew up on Gondola Pizza, this isn't Gondola Pizza at all, the sauce looked so weird, like baby food texture and not flavourful at all. There was suppose to be beef on it, I didn't see any beef at all, the dough, it just was yucky and looked Old and tasted Old, like weeks old Pizza. Never again, it was like 45$ for utter garbage!! And the delivery driver wasn't very friendly, we even tipped him!

To the Manager saying this isn't a real review, Yes it the hell is, this is my gmail account, my husband ordered it not me, clearly you didn't read that part... I'm not surprised with the hostility, I've had a issue with this location along time ago, you basically called me every name in the book over a complaint about your pizza like 8 yrs ago on Urban spoon and that about toppings...the pizza is crap and why would I want another one from this location? I cant believe what you are selling. It was utterley terrible. Look at the pictures! GROSS!!

Very good pizza. They're thin crust and homestyle are very tasty, a solid choice whenever you would like pizza.

Overpriced especially when you add toppings yourself, theyre rude and demanding atleast the one worker Ryan Bell, he demands cash to any customer and sounds pretty upset if you have to use a card, the pizza is amazing!!!!! but staff is horrible. Take your money to another location 😎

You need to get rid of the front guy with glasses and beard. Bro was being rude for no reason. Will never recommend this restaurant and the obvious 3.8 rating from google reflects how the customer is treated

Love a Gondola Pizza . it’s delicious and the pizza has a classic flavour that you can only get at Gondola. Traveling to Winnipeg to visit family it has been a staple to stop and make time for a Gondola pie , will always come back ! Believe this is one original location from my parents childhood so it’s nice to step back into some history . Thank you

Fantastic. been going there for three decades. Always hot. Always on time even when their new pizza oven broke they had two people that could operate their old style of pizza oven and I got yummy pizza.

We ordered an XL Managers special & boneless
Cajun bites… delivery was supposed to be an hour, showed up in 45 minutes and both were fresh out of the oven/hot.
Managers special is delish !
Boneless bites are very tasty !
Will definitely order both again

He offered me no compensation for their screw up, not even a coupon. Thanks again!

I placed my order online and waited for 1.5 hrs. I spoke with the manager twice asking where is my order. She told me it is on the way both times. My order never came and I ended up ordering from Santa Lucia. The Santa Lucia pizza arrived quickly and was delicious. I will not order pizza from Gondola on St Mary's again.
