I was extremely impressed with the customer service of this establishment. I called the restaurant directly to ask if they do delivery and the gentleman who answered was very professional and easy to talk to. They even threw in a cheesy bread on the house. In a world full of AI and a lack of human relationships in business these days, this Gondola Pizza made me feel right at home. Incredible food as well. I have found my new favourite spot in the city !!

Outstanding Service and Celiac-Safe Options!
We recently worked with Gondola Pizza at 873 Portage for a graduation event, and I can’t say enough good things. They handled gluten-free orders for six celiac students with exceptional care and precision. The manager personally oversaw everything, even adding gluten-free chicken fingers and ensuring no cross-contamination. Despite the late-night delivery at 11 PM across town, they didn’t charge extra—just amazing service.

As someone with celiac disease, I’m beyond grateful for the attention to detail and commitment to safety. The quality of the food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I’ll be frequenting this location over others and highly recommend supporting them—especially if you’re looking for a safe and delicious gluten-free option.

Attention to all my GF friends and fellow Celiacs - I can’t recommend this Gondola Pizza location enough. I never would’ve imagined the service and assurance that I received from them. I placed an order online and in the notes, put that I was celiac. Within 5 minutes, I received a phone call from the owner explaining that he is also celiac and that he will personally make my food! He also threw in some gf chicken tenders for me to try and I’m so glad that he did, because they were delicious!! Just having the opportunity to feel normal ordering delicious delivery pizza, is like a dream. Thank you for all the options on your GF menu, and more importantly keeping me safe! I have celiac and saw wonderful reviews about safety and quality on the Celiac of Winnipeg group so had to try. Had the GF fajita pizza and salt and pepper wings and they threw in a couple GF chicken fingers. The manager has celiac and assured me he’d make it like he was making it for himself. It was reassuring and made me feel seen. Will be a repeat customer!!!

I'm 60 years old...I've tried many other pizza restaurants....sick of being disappointed with the amount of toppings and price...that's why I keep coming back to Gondola...Staff is always friendly and accommodating...they have great deals on pizza's... and when you ask for extra sauce ''YOU GET IT'' Because it's all about the sauce...Been ordering pizza from Gondola since I was 10 years old...Thanks Gondola for fulfilling my pizza cravings!

I worked as a supervisor from 2020 to 2023, and it was a truly rewarding and enriching experience. I greatly enjoyed preparing food, learning new skills, and gaining valuable leadership knowledge from the communications and leadership manager who is also the onsite location manager , who is highly knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive. Their leadership style fosters a positive and motivating environment, encouraging team members to excel and grow.

We bought a Perogy pizza from this location last weekend, and it’s really delicious and cooked to it’s perfection. Super thin crust with excessive amount of toppings and a free sour cream dipping on side too. Also the staff were super friendly and nice, so easy to communicate with.
