Harrisons is my favourite stop when spending time down at the Forks. I enjoy picking up a hot or cold beverage, having a chat with their friendly staff and knowing I’m supporting a local business that really cares about the customer experience. And there is nothing better than meeting up with a friend for a good cup of what Harrisons is serving!

My partner was fired by the awful owner of this company without cause over the phone.
Throughout her few months working there, he was unorganized, constantly placed the burden of his own mistakes on his employees, and worst of all, he DID NOT give breaks for 7.5 hour shifts, which is against the Employment Standards Code (aka provincial law).
In addition, he was overly familiar with his employees, asking personal questions about their medication and mental health, oversharing about the terrible financial state his business is in, etc.
After all of that and so much more, his reasoning for firing her was that she "didn't align with the companies values".
PLEASE avoid working here and supporting this company. Local business owners need to take responsibility for their actions and the way they treat their employees.
Stopped in for a coffee after the coffee at the hotel I was not so good. The service was fantastic, the guy working at that time was so friendly and personable! The coffee was also great, much improved from bad hotel coffee :)

Had a drip coffee. Absolutely horrible. Tasted like dirty milk water.
Told the barista and he just shrugged and said sorry.
This place used to be so good years ago. Now it's just gas station coffee, if that.

How long is too long to get acknowledged as a customer? As others have noted, service is quite slow but standing there for 4 minutes after the previous customer has gone, feels like a long time. We're all familiar with the pretentious barista, but this one could at least recognize there's a customer waiting. Guess I'll just have to stick to the one in the market. Sheesh.

I tried a London Fog for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about how much caffeine it contained as well (I have a thing about having too much caffeine ). They get ??

They gave me like an excessive amount of whip cream once and I was like I just wanted a coffee bruv
The experience of the baristas I have had (both in the very recent and more distant past) have been incredibly lackluster. I ordered a couple of milk drinks from them, and every time the milk was steamed very poorly. This is a shame because I think some of their beans are actually quite decent. I was able to make some good coffee with their beans at home, and they used to offer some very unique naturally processed coffees. At least once I had a beautiful cortado, however the experience of the baristas are awfully atrocious. I hope there is an experienced barista somewhere in the company to offer them some more rigorous training. Hell, I reckon even watching a Hendrick or Hoffman video on how to steam milk or dial in a shot could do these baristas wonders.Edit: I also forgot to mention their email newsletter. Spelling mistakes in multiple areas, grammar and clarity issues, peculiar formatting, drinks they advertise lack descriptions... It looks like a middle school ELA project. (Which is unfair to middle school students, to be honest.).

Good coffee and fair prices. The server was very friendly and when I had a small issue they were very apologetic and remade my drink. Will definitely visit here again next time I’m at the forks.
