It's hard to offer a photo of anything I order, it's eaten too fast. Been looking for a decent alternative to subway, and as good the Last Mr.sub is in wpg, I wanted something more fresh/mom and popish/local vibe. This is it. Just do it, go try it. Absolutely love the small hole in the wall atmosphere and it isn't too much more than subway! So far I've found the Adam Sandoozle and Italian standard to be simple yet amazing. Tried their 2025 Le burger week entry today and it didn't disappoint either, tho I'm not a Meatball sammich kinda guy so I can't judge that too well. Their macaroni side salad is also the bomb. I'll be back many times over.

Some would say a little pricey for a hoagie - but wow are they unreal. My favorite sandwiches in the city. I make a point of going here at least once a month for a comfort hoagie. I also love their branding. Dine in or take out.
Only downside is they can sometimes get inundated with takeout orders which can lead to lengthy order delays.

I strolled into Hoagie Boyz and immediately felt like I’d joined a secret society where sandwiches are sacred and the playlist alone could resurrect Dean Martin. The vibe? Immaculate. The staff? So friendly I started wondering if they were trying to recruit me into the family business.
I ordered The Italian Standard and when it arrived, I swear a choir of angels wearing track suits sang in the background. The meat, the cheese, the toppings — it was like the United Nations of flavor all finally agreeing on something. Presentation? Let’s just say I’ve seen wedding cakes with less dignity.
But then… the bread.
Look, Hoagie Boyz, I adore you, but this bread was like casting an understudy in the lead role of “Hamilton.” Everyone else is belting Broadway, and the bread is back there mumbling nursery rhymes. It didn’t ruin the show, but let’s be honest — the bread should be the Tony Soprano of the sandwich, not some side character who gets whacked in episode one.
If you start baking your own bread, or find a bakery that makes loaves so good I’d consider writing them into my will, I would eat here daily until my cholesterol stages a revolt.
Until then, I’ll still be back — because Hoagie Boyz, you had me at “Italian Standard.” Just promise me one thing: give the bread the glow-up it deserves.

We goes to this place often. Recently we ordered their meatball subs. I definitely do not recommend their meatball subs - not enough macaroni on them and it’s a ripped off for a $17 subs. Do not get fool by their photos since nothing looks like the photos they post. Their subs are like getting smaller and smaller. Please keep the standard and the quality of food maintained.
The child subs—they could use a bit more meat to make the kids more satisfying.

Got some Hoagie Boyz for our office lunch and it was a solid choice. A hoagie here costs more than a Subway footlong, but has triple the quality. Ingredients were crisp and well coated in sauce without being soggy. Great sandwiches all around.
I Didnt get to stop for food today we walked in at 7pm and was like shoot the staff made us an sandwich honestly the hospitality was next level the quality of the sandwich was great. Hopefully i can make it back way sooner before you guys close. I highly recommend hoagie boys!!! Quality ingredients and the staff are legends! Keep up the excellent work.

First time here, got the Electric Moby. Way too much lettuce. It’s basically all you can taste which is a shame because the rest of it tasted good especially the olive spread. It was also pretty soggy. Not worth $15 frankly. It also smelled really bad in the restaurant when we got there, idk what it was because it definitely was not a food smell. The dining area had cool, chaotic decor but was also dirty. Lettuce and sauce on the tables and floor. We ended up eating outside because of that. Wanted to love this place but sadly I can’t recommend :(
