Could not make reservation over the phone as no one would answer and you cannot make reservation any other way.We arrived at 7PM and no one greeted us for about 10 minutes.When someone finally came, they told us it would be 40 minutes and likely we wouldn't be able to eat as they close at 9 PM. They did not seem interested in getting us in. Went there for dinner with a group of 11 people. The staff were friendly and everything came out very quickly! We have never done hot pot before so it was very chaotic at the start but super fun once we got the hang of it. I definitely will go back!!

Great unique place! Some tips if you're a first timer. Drinks are at the back with extra cutlery, bowls, sauces, and ice cream. Order small because you can keep ordering stuff. If it's a date night, I recommend sharing 1 soup (if you like the same soup)Highly recommend this place
