Been here a couple of times and honestly first couple times were great but yesterday was nuts and the complete opposite ..Reserved a table prior to the day because I know how busy it could get…. but upon arrival the front desk seemed really disorganized and fluttered with how busy it was getting and really she couldn’t even find out reservation but seated our Party of 3.We ended up sitting at our table for quite some time before someone actually came over with the iPad to start ordering. The restaurant seemed really cluttered as well.. running out of plates, utensils at the back station. The dim sum area was also extremely chaotic.The burner of my soup went out, we asked a worker to to see if she could either relight or change burner but then she forgot so we sat there waiting for a really long while.By Observing how the two workers up front were they always seemed to rush and non stop talk to one another in their language .. especially when a whole line formed at check out just observing at my table our customers were upset and shaking their heads. The service was just so horrible that it actually ruined the whole visit.

Thought we would try this place out, my husband and I like to try new places to eat.When we entered we were pleasantly surprised how busy and clean it was.You order from the IPAD the server explained to us how to order.We both picked a different soup broth then selected all the ingredients we wanted to cook in our broth. The broth sits on top an open flame. At first we were quite intrigued and excited for this feast. I ordered the Tom Yum which was delicious for the first 10 mins of eating then it started tasting burnt. My husband’s broth was over flowing all over the table. I couldnt even eat my broth or ingredients because it was so burnt. I let our server know and all she did was add more broth! Which obviously didn’t change the burnt taste. I couldn’t wait to leave, $90 later and that didn’t even include a glass of wine to wash it down with. I can still taste the burnt broth! Needless to say we will never go back!

Tried this place several times since opening. There’s less stuff on the menu compared to when it first opened. They now have the appetizers where the sauces are but we could not find the condensed milk for the deep fried buns? I like to go here because it’s close by and the hot pot is individual. I do prefer how it was when it first opened though

I dined in once in November 2023. It’s march and i still think about this place almost everyday ?. Food was perfect. Love the fact that i could just order on the iPad and have the food within minutes. Super convenient!Also, for any first timers, make sure you’re STARVING as you set foot into the restaurant ?. You’re gonna have soo much to eat and you will need the space ?.They also have complementary soda and icecream ?

Waitress was sweet but wasn't super helpful. Maybe it was the time of day we went? Went at 2 pm. Never had been before. Nothing was really explained. If we ordered double order of something ( sprongroll) etc , it was brought 1x but not again. Inconsistent, soup broth replenished once and second time with a greyish tasteless water.?Would have been nice to have some guidance as to how big portions were etc as we ordered too much meat without knowing..no ice for drinks. Don't think I'd repeat . Really wasn't all you can eat

Terrible service. Prices are ridiculous. I can't believe these places get away with charging for flavor in water!Not very cleanly either. Where's the health inspector when you need them?Also not much of a variety for the ingredients. The lobster balls, the bamboo and a few other things smelt off. I got sick afterwards.Not a good place.
