Awful. Absolutely clueless employee.. Asked about additional flavours as per the sign in the window that says if you don't see the flavour you'd like, they can pop it fresh and add whatever flavours and to ask what flavours they can do. When we approached to ask about them, she was on her phone via airpods and didn't even greet us. And then just simply said no, even after pointing out the sign, just a simple no. Sounds to me like she just had a bad attitude and simply didn't want to do it. Also the floors were filthy and had popcorn and random ribbons everywhere.

0 star review of i could leave one. was there tonight, jan 6th and the older lady that always wears a hat is consistently rude. such a bad attitude and making faces at us. even when there were 10 people standing around looking for the line, they didn’t say anything. they call “who’s next” and customers just run in front trying to be next, even if you’ve been standing in line. and the workers don’t say anything. shame on this store for tolerating this kind of work. the workers are horrible. the service is horrible. the place is extremely dirty. ended up just walking away after 20 minutes of standing and people cutting in front. go to any other kernels store instead, polo has a great one.

My boyfriend and i went today (boxing day, i understand it can be busy but it was us and one other person in at the time) the girl who helped us was unsanitary; she was touching our cones without a glove, right after working the register. Then proceeded to put our cones down on a dirty counter to put a single glove on. About halfway through our ice cream, after we left, my boyfriend and I realized that she left the paper in the cones and put the ice cream in them; which made it extremely difficult to get the remaining ice cream out. My boyfriend had to take the paper out and eat the remaining ice cream out of the paper; extremely disappointed, heard such good things, was very wrong, terrible time for a first experience.

Just went there this evening (October 12,2023) the lady in front of me was waiting for so long she called the store to see if someone would come from the back room, they let the phone ring until voicemail. I called to the back door and a worker came out, not happy at all, did not apologize for US having to call her to serve us, then proceeded to touch her face and nose and made the woman’s bag in front of us. We then asked if they had rocking ranch flavour available and she said no. But when I looked behind the counter I could see there was rocking ranch. She just didn’t want to make us a new batch. Very very disappointed with the service. I work customer service myself so I understand people have bad days, but she was almost angry at us for being there and couldn’t even smile or say have a good evening. I will NOT be going back to this location.

Went there around 8:20 pm but the lady working there told us she closed the ice cream store and didn't want to sell anymore because she just washed the dishes lol I thought the store closes at 9pm and it was too early to pack up. Wth. I would have chosen 0 star but there's none

I used to LOVE the ice cream here, it had this wonderfully chewy quality and tasted amazing. It's been a few years since I bought ice cream from Baskin Robbins because of the pandemic and I was disappointed to learn today that it is not like the ice cream I remember. The texture was different and it seemed a lot less rich than I remember, sort of like the ice cream you get in a tub from the super market. I don't think I'll be back. It's really unfortunate as they used to have a wonderful product. Not so much anymore.

Good location. Huge parking around the mall. I tried few options at this place. Ice creams in waffle cone and sundae. I tried sundae with hot chocolate. My family tried mango tango, cookies and cream and strawberry all were good. I like the customer service too. Server was very patient. I recommend going to this place.

Walked in, and the store was empty. The lady was washing some dishes or something and her back was behind the counter. I waited to see if she will accommodate me. I said hi, and I know that she saw and heard me. She continued to wash whatever she was washing. This was around the afternoon. Reading the reviews here and surprisingly I wasn't the only one who had this experience. This lady's probably doing this for a while now and doesn't care at all. ?

I walked in to buy a few bags of popcorn and a shaker (easily $50+ dollars worth for family). There was one woman working there at the time (Monday April 17 around 11am) and she had her back turned to the counter as she was putting bottles of water into the fridge. After about 30 seconds while I thought she saw us come in, I said "excuse me" to get her attention for help. This lady had the audacity to say "please wait" as she continued to stock the fridge. I waited about 20 more seconds and decided to leave. As I exited I told her that next time customers should be priority over her water bottles and she tried to call me back. Hire people who know how to service paying customers. Such a disgusting experience. The mall was DEAD. She didn't have to prioritize those bottles of water. Kernels loss.
