Awful. Absolutely clueless employee.. Asked about additional flavours as per the sign in the window that says if you don't see the flavour you'd like, they can pop it fresh and add whatever flavours and to ask what flavours they can do. When we approached to ask about them, she was on her phone via airpods and didn't even greet us. And then just simply said no, even after pointing out the sign, just a simple no. 0 star review of i could leave one. was there tonight, jan 6th and the older lady that always wears a hat is consistently rude. such a bad attitude and making faces at us. even when there were 10 people standing around looking for the line, they didn’t say anything. they call “who’s next” and customers just run in front trying to be next, even if you’ve been standing in line. and the workers don’t say anything. shame on this store for tolerating this kind of work....read full review
