The staff are very personable & aim to please clients. The chicken pieces & other chicken priducts seems best at this location. I drive far because this locatiion is most consistent with very good side offerings. I teturn 2 to 3 times each month. Good management
Huge shout out to Trace! He was working the front counter and he helped me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. While I was waiting for my order,( they were a little backed up,, ) I saw him assist pre teen boys and then a little old lady with equal care and consideration. My daughter and I were ill with Covid, and decided to order in. The fries tasted old, and only one meal received coleslaw. I paid $5 extra for each meal to be 'all white' meat but each meal contained 2 legs each. Legs are dark meat. When I called, voice mail answered so I left a message. No one replied. I made a complaint on the website and again no one replied except to send a coupon for free popcorn chicken. No, give me my $10 back ? I do not recommend this location....
