We always order takeaway Jokbal, Ddukboki, and Naengchae Jokbal for special occasions. As kimchi lovers, we usually bring our own kimchi and cook up a simple spinach dish to enjoy alongside the meal.

Lovely Korean Restaurant on Pembina. Service is super friendly and the decor is new, modern and well designed. We ordered one bibimbap, a sizzling plate, japchae, and a dessert (bingsu) and all dishes were excellent. Prices are on the higher side, but ok/good for a special evening out. We recommend this place and will be back.

It was a great experience to taste Korean food that is becoming world-famous. I think it will be my favorite restaurant. But I think there will be many customers who misunderstand because the menu and price do not match at all on Google Home. It seems that need to take quick action. The best Korean cuisine restaurant ever whole in my life in Canada.

the smell of oil and smoke in the restaurant was overwhelming and made it very uncomfortable to eat. The entire dining area was filled with this strong odor, which not only ruined our appetite but also made us feel quite uneasy.

Overall, this dining experience was very unpleasant. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues, improves the quality of their service, and ensures a cleaner environment for their customers.

came here for dinner and it was a pretty solid experience overall !! ?
ordered the bulgogi kimbab, gamjatang, and odaeng-tang. the bulgogi kimbab was delicious – super flavourful and just what i was craving. the odaeng-tang was also really good, hit the spot. the gamjatang though was a bit of a letdown. the broth was kinda bland, missing that kick i was hoping for

The kiwa restaurant was quite welcoming upon our arrival the waitress being very friendly and immediately helping us get settled on our table and handing out menus. Personally, I did not favor some of the side dishes like the kimchi (it tasted old) but the yum yum chicken was absolutely delightful! The restaurant was also very clean and had a peaceful environment perfect after a long travel day.

Terrible experience. I was on the fence about submitting a review because the staff was so nice, but everything else was astonishing bad. I ordered the sashimi bowl. I was served a basic poke bowl but the fish was frozen solid, no exaggeration. At first I thought, ok, maybe this is still edible, and I tried to eat the fish. Big mistake, it was literally frozen solid. I waited about ten minutes, hoping the fish would thaw. When the fish did not thaw

Just phenomenal, I've been a couple of times now, and every time I love the dishes. Although the fan favorite is definitely the grill options, they always do such a good job with the sides as well as having good quality cuts of meat for the grill which has been an issue with other Korean grill places. It's definitely my household to go to for any kind of celebration, and I'm looking forward to coming back again.

Dietary restrictions: This is one of the best restaurants I've ever adult with for dietary accommodations. I've gone several times now with my friend who has a severe peanut and shellfish allergy and they've been super accommodating every single time they'll work through the menu with us to figure out what dishes are acceptable or not and if they're not sure they'll find out and get us the specific ingredient lists.

The food was incredibly tasty, making it highly recommended. The portions were generous and everything was delicious. I highly recommend this place.
