I ordered a pork bao bun that wasn’t on the main menu but was posted near the register. I decided to try it because it was something new for me. I’m glad I did because it tasted great and suited my palate. The amount of pork in the bun was just right—not too much and not too little. I’m not a fan of leeks, and they kind of distracted me because I could really taste them, but it was still fine overall. I did have to wait a bit for my order since they made it on the spot,...
So-so staff interaction. The ones they have now are friendly, the one before was okay- did not smile but did a good job. I love their beef udon! They would automatically ask if you wanted extra sauce, which is great by the way... they give large servings and smoking hot. Great especially for this coming winter.
Good food, questionable food handling. The same spatula for moving raw meat, is also used to apply sauce to cooked meals. A cross contamination nightmare. I've never gotten sick from it though.
