The service was good, and staff are friendly, but I would not recommend the quesadilla. We ordered the regular chicken quesadilla, and it was made with just a few bits of cheese inside. As a result, with nothing to hold the ingredients together, the filling kept falling out. I noticed a “cheesy” variety on the menu, but never imagined that you would need to order it to get more than a few bits of cheese in the quesadilla. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Taco Time is a tried and true spot that has maintained a high standard of food preparation for a long time. The quality has never changed. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, perfect for a quick lunch break, though food court locations do not get top marks for atmosphere. The staff is really supportive, kind, accommodating, and enthusiastic. Many visits are positive ones. The tacos taste great and the kids meal, especially the quesadillas, is always a hit. Vegetarian options like the Chimi changa are really good. For those with allergies, staff can be nice, though some policies are noted as odd. A common suggestion from parents is to include milk as a kids meal option instead of just fountain drinks. Toonie Tuesday is a beloved feature. It is a highly recommended spot for a guaranteed good meal.
