Very disappointing experience. The food quality was poor and not worth the money.

What made the situation worse was the lack of basic customer courtesy. When I came to pick up my order, I politely asked to use the washroom and was told it was closed. A washroom is a basic human need, not a luxury. Refusing a customer in that situation is simply not right.

Running a food business means understanding customer comfort and treating people with respect. I hope the owner learns that basic hospitality and empathy are just as important as the food.

I would not recommend this place.

I live very close by and decided to finally try this place, what a complete waste of money. 3 Dish 60.00 and all tastes rancid.
How is this place in business?

I've eaten here a couple of times, traveling all the way from Transcona because I have had good experiences, but never again.

I ordered the Deluxe Won Ton Soup this time and they used that cheap rubbery processed chicken and the soup was bland. I also ordered steamed pork dumplings and got overly fried dumplings.

So disappointed, if I didn't live so far I would have brought it back.

Fried rice was gross yuck was either cooked in a dirty wock or sour chicken / ingredients as has sour taste was not good bought 2 orders n threw them in garbage

This was BY FAR the absolute worst food I’ve ever eaten. Dry ribs were so overcooked they should be called dusty, same with the dry breaded pork. Chow Mein and Shanghai noodles were tasteless, I didn’t even dare try the Chicken Balls. I would NOT recommend this place ever!

This is the worst food I’ve eaten, I always order in Chinese food restaurants but today I try a new restaurant close to my sister place and my dry pork is very very dry looks like they double fry it and it’s not fresh, I’m kinda surprised that we order lots and for 15 mins it’s ready usually we are always waiting half an hour to an hour it depends how busy it is, my wife’s loaded mixed vegetables are very sweet to the point she can’t eat it, all I can say everything is dry and the meat is tough! even the fried rice etc…(take out food)!

I often order from them and the food never disappoints. Their menu offers a huge variety of options to choose from. However, I have noticed some changes in their portion size.

Literally some of the worst food I have ever eaten. The fired rice, was not fried rice. Im not sure what it was or what is was cooked with but had the worst flavour I have ever eaten. The chowmein had the same funky flavour. Would not recomend this place to my worst enemy. Save your money and order from literally any other place. Threw it all out, what a waste.

Ordered on Christmas Eve fairly big order of $140. Got no free white rice, no plumb sauce. But we did get two small packs of soya sauce
