Asian cashier was on her phone for about 10 mins before taking my order. Ordered a 3pc meal and burger for my meal which came up to 40$. Customer after me ordered a 4pc and she decides to tell him we have a promo if you get 2pc and taters its 5.99… so basically he got a 4pc and taters for 12$… bruh

I was in this afternoon arround 2.30pm on 23 april in blue dress .. the boy on cash counter who took my order looks really arrogant and didnot say hello hi or any kind eye contact no smile .. i feel useless in the restaurant ..seriously no greets for those whoever is entering the door of your restaurant .. please give him some training or get the new staff who has the value of job

Best Big Mary Chicken Sandwich from this location, fresh and delicious. Portage location ain't anywhere as a good as this one.

Me, my mum, and my sister ordered chicken burgers from here, all three of us didn’t finish our burgers because they tasted off. All three of us ended up with food poisoning, extremely sick since 10PM a few hours after we ate. Will not be returning.

I wish I could give zero stars. When you walk in and ask the cashier how the night is going and she says dead but that’s how I like it it’s an indicator to leave. However we ordered the winter feast as the gf wanted chicken. Well after about a 15 minute wait we left with our meal to get home to literally 8pcs of soggy chicken. When you bit into the chicken the oil literally poured out. Again when the cook is wearing a medical mask and looks completely uninterested that would be a second indicator. .leave...Whoever owns this restaurant should really exercise some quality control or go bankrupt so someone that cares gets a chance. Truly disgusted for $42

We ordered from Door Dash (who didn't actually order half our order with the restaurant) and the food we got is heavenly! The chicken is tasty, the poutine is amazing! And the staff when I called about the Door Dash fiasco was incredible. I wish I got the lovely woman's name because she was incredible!

I will happily order from here again soon!!!

Orders placed online are ready on time, and the staff is friendly. However, the 2-piece chicken promo was disappointing—the second piece was just the tip of a wing. Not a fan. Jollibee’s chicken is much better—crispy, juicy, and more satisfying.

Always loved eating here, it's just not the same since the Anita is no longer there (was informed today). She cared, was so kind to all the customers. Food was always so good, got it today had asked for a spicy mini mary and received just a regular one no spice, coleslaw has soo much mayo it was not enjoyable at all, like soup.

ABSOLUTELY disappointed with Mary browns at this specific store. I ordered a batters box and i asked for EXTRA spice yet the chicken barely has anything at all. Back then the chicken used to be almost red and it tasted amazing. I went back to ask for more spice but one of the employees with an AirPod in looked at me as if she was annoyed because I came back to ask just for a cup of spice. I ONLY asked for a cup of spice but they seem so annoyed even though i asked everything politely. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed and I’m never coming back to this store.

Love the large chicken pop-ins with the spicy dusting, it's great for people who love spicy. Portions are generous, price is competitive, for feeding 2 people an entree. This Mary Browns, has the usual decor, a little less counter seating, but more chairs and tables. Staff are warm, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you!
