Mary Brown's Chicken

Good food but the absolute slowest service and most lackadaisical employee attitude of any fast food place in Winnipeg. Unless you REALLY want want Mary Browns has to offer dont bother.

Nick served us when we came in and he was a delight to be served by! Placed our order swiftly and brought us our food, the food was fresh and delicious as usual and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. Excellent location and excellent staff. Will be coming back!

Ive had marys 1 time before at the henderson location and loved it butttttt i tried this place and got the spicy chicken and i regret all... soo greasy, soggy and not super tender like the first time, kinda disappointed. And those Chicken snack twists were awful😖 . Not sure if it was the spice's fault or the location but i will try henderson again...

I ordered Mac and cheese and it was not Mac and cheese it was noodles with cheese that was cold with vegetables in it so do not order Mac and cheese. It was more like a pasta salad as opposed to hot Mac and cheese

I love coming here but after tonight I'm put off. I have no problem with the staff having their phones out but what grossed me out was when the cook touched his phone than touched my food without changing his gloves. There are so many germs on our phones, and I don't know if my chicken was cooked at a high enough temperature and long enough to kill all the germs. I couldn't eat my food after that.

I have been a fan of Mary Brown’s for a while. I came in today and asked if there’s any special and the Manager said there isn’t. After ordering he told me that in fact the meal I ordered would have been discounted if I used the app and to get it next time. I was fine with that, but moments later a customer from the same background (Chinese) walked in and asked the identical question and without hesitating he gave him the offer and said it’s fine if he doesn’t have the app.

Do better Mary Brown’s.

Manager of this branch which is i think chinese lady is very very rude and unprofessional.

Dirty long greasy hair fried chicken, disgusting. The hair might have fallen during food prep, and everything is probably contaminated.

It was my first time eating Mary Brown's too. It's just another unhygienic, mediocre chicken joint.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Chicken sandwiches basically had no sauce on them and the bun was so stale and dry that it completely fell apart when I lifted the top off. Every bite of the sandwich was extremely dry.

This place used to be a decent fast food option but now it's awful. Go to Popeye's if you're craving fried chicken.

I went there with my friend and ordered batter’s box and I loved that deal but the Fillipino girl working at the cash counter was so arrogent. She needs to behave nice while dealing with customers. Such an terrible experince. She need some training about building relationship with customers.
