Oh my lanta this food was insanely good! One of the dishes I would describe as one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten (I have eaten all over the world and other favourites have been 5-star restaurants in India and London, England). So this was unexpected. That particularly incredible dish was the Lechon Kawali Sisig pork (sizzling diced pork belly). Absolutely gorgeous sauce. Another favourite was the bbq pork skewers. Next level good. This is without a doubt a restaurant we will go to for special occasions now.We also ordered the beef stew (it was nice but not comparable to the previous two mentioned above), noodles (yum) and garlic rice. And the kids ordered from the kids menu. Typical kids menu. Unfortunately they didn't have the ice cream the kids wanted that is listed on the menu but they enjoyed the option they were given.It was our oldest daughter's 18th birthday (she chose this restaurant) and they came out singing an energetic birthday song and gave her a big ice cream sundae. A very fun spectacle!The design of the restaurant is gorgeous. Very cool. Fantastic food. Excellent service. The manager came to visit and was so friendly. 5-stars across the board.It was very busy when we went as they were holding a special Rainbow Stage sponsor event, but it made for a fun vibe.You'll see us again Max's!!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available and the servers were all super friendly with our shy kids.
Had a great experience at Max’s Winnipeg. Thank you to all the staff especially to Events Manager Frank and Chef Juliet for accommodating our last-minute surprise party for my mom’s birthday. It was a success and everyone had a great time and of course delicious meal. I would highly recommend for any events.

Poor service. I ordered food online and when the dasher went there, they said that they just found out my order after waiting for an hour and I have to wait for another 45-50mins again.

I waited for 40 minutes for my order. The host took the order and didn't even bring water and utensils. Only one server working and she was going from table to table. My order was mixed up. Food tastes good but service is pathetic

We just had an Event at Max’s Restaurant, we rented the room it was buffet style. The Food was amazing! Frank was so accommodating and very helpful from planning to the event itself.Thank You for a Great Service ! Me and Family and my guests were very satisfied!
The quality of the food was not consistent with what we are accustomed to in the Philippines.Customer service is very poor.The manager in charge provides very poor service quality.I do not recommend this place for hosting special events as the space for parties is very limited.
