Dec 18,2024 Around 11:30 PM I went to grab some food and spend my money. I had ordered a meal with a poutine. I took my order before checking everything in there. I am not sure what happened but they forgot to put a forks in my bag but that's not all they gave me a diet Coke.

I went through drive-thru and ordered large hot chocolate for my mom... guess what my mom got when she opened it at home? That's right a large cup of hot milk! I didn't have enough time anymore to go back to have the order changed as I'm already at work!

There were three people waiting in line for our food, took 15 minutes to get my order. My fries were both stale and unsalted, forgot to add the most expensive burger in my order, and couldn't reimburse fairly and asked for me to come back in my own time to redeem the burger that I paid for. Please get this location some needed guidance and help! :D

Wonderful service. I ordered the Grinch Meal and they ran out of socks. Got my order from the Kiosk, and the manager compensated me with a Medium fry which was nice.

This the 3rd time to order in this mcdo. I always ask for bunch of ketchup. They always dont put ketchup on the order! Make sure you put ketchup on the food!!!! It wont cost you that much we also pay for that!!!!!!!!

please avoid, i often get my coffee here because conveniently located near my home but everytime i go ask for honey for my coffee they act like i’ve asked for their kidney. today the female manager there just blatantly told me i’ll have to pay for honey next time when i asked for two honey for my extra large coffee (no sugars or creams asked for) like how do you even charge someone for a little pouch of honey? is that even on your register system? disgraceful customer service, avoid.
Order skip when I open the seal bag .was items missing yet the receipt attached two the says it's there ? Can't be the driver bag was sealed up so. Once agin McDonald's there bad place to eat poor service.

THE WORST EVER MCDONALD IN THE WORLD I’ve been waiting half an hour for my food, and there’s no ketchup, also the pops taste like water. Also, they even gave me wrong drinks!
