I love the Kare Kare and Pansit in this restaurant. We always order these as these dishes do not disappoint. Their breakfast platter is also so good that can be shared by 3-4 people depending on appetite. ?
My friend and I love to try out new places to eat. It's been a while since we had Filipino food together, so we decided to go to Mangkok for dinner tonight. The restaurant is located down Notre Dame in Winnipeg. We ordered three dishes to share:- pinakbet with bagnet - calamari - pancit bihon guisado All dishes were good, but my favourite was the pinakbet with bagnet. My friends and I had our Christmas Party held at this place and we had the buffet experience. Everyone loved the food. I particularly liked the Dinakdakan, Fried Fish Fillet, Lechon Kawali and my fave Kare-Kare.
