Shout out to Kelly, one of your drive thru cashiers. She is what you need there. A role model for all cashiers. Smiles all the time and even recommended me to use rewards app coz I always buy there everyday. And just to comment a bit for happy meals. Please make sure that fries and nuggets for happy meals are always hot and new. Kids don't eat old and cold fries. Please do care about it. Thanks for reading.

YUK and Thank you!! The servers/people were nice but I order a Quarter Pounder and they gave me a double..which you would say is great but it was cold and old and my stomach felt queasy ever since I ate it today. Somebody must have ordered it and cancelled it at lunch because McDonald's must have served the same sandwich at 4ish, it was just crap. The sundae was generous though (hence the 1 star)....Thank you McDonald's @Portage because you broke today my 3 month habit of going to McDonald's...🤢I would write more but I got to go to the bathroom right now. 🤮

The food is par for the course when it comes to McDonald's, but this location couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it. Just this morning, I asked for an iced coffee with no sugar in it, and had to repeat myself like 5 times because the drive thru worker couldn't understand me, and I was eventually given a hot coffee with sugar in it. 🤦♀️

My junior chicken was so hard,it must have been sitting on heat for a while. They didn't put mayo or extra cheese on the other sandwich and they took sooo long doing EVERYTHING. I waited and waited for a response just to order and they did not give a crap.
