Closest McDonalds to uni, but every time I visit there's something wrong. Almost each time I was missing a few nuggets. One time I got some weird tasting water/syrup mix instead of sprite. Maybe their beverage fountain needed to be refilled? But I asked for a replacement from two different employees and none of them came back after promising to be back. Had to leave empty handed after over 30 mins in their drive thru waiting area.
The nuggets I got were fresh and crispy though

Mcdonald's is offering a new cheeseburger deluxe. Please note that the actual cheeseburger looks nothing like the image they show on the menu, see picture below.
This must be one of the dirtiest McDonald's that I have been to. I needed to use the men's washroom and as I walked into the washroom, a McDonald's employee was having a personal phone call in front of the sink. (He had it on speaker, and I don't think he was speaking to the manager). Meanwhile, there was a nice puddle of urine underneath the urinal and the floor throughout the restaurant had a plethora of footprints of what appeared to be the passing of that urine throughout the restaurant. At no time did anyone seem interested in actually cleaning the lobby.
Will I be back? Probably not. If the employees are not interested in keeping the washroom and lobby area clean, I can't even begin to imagine what the kitchen looks like.
As for the food...fries were old and undercooked, and the cheeseburger was not even close to deserving praise. Ugh, another major fast food restaurant that once to pride in what it served is sadly going downhill fast. And they don't seem to care.

Unbelievable experience (in a negative way).
Ordered through drive thru and when it came to paying, I realized the staff automatically rounded up the total to the nearest dollar.
I am completely supportive of donating and often round up to support. The unbelievable thing was, this time, no one actually asked. The staff passed me the debit machine and I noticed the price was wrong.
What made the experience even worst, was the fact that both the staff and her supervisor were dismissive of what happened.
“It’s only $0.50” was shared by the supervisor and they clearly didn’t recognize that they simply overcharged without asking for consent. I was shocked.
After payment, they hesitated to provide the receipt and only upon requesting it on the second time, they provided it.

So bad service came at 11:40 and doors were closed aren’t they suppose to close at 12 . Bad to see crew doing this things , hope this review will reach at right place

I’m a vegetarian, and I ordered an egg and cheese — pretty simple, right? Instead, I got a ham and cheese. Not only is that careless, but it’s also really disappointing for anyone who relies on you to respect dietary choices.
If someone says no meat, that should be taken seriously. Mistakes happen, but this one shows a real lack of attention. Please train your staff to double-check orders before handing them out. It’s not just an inconvenience — it’s about respecting your customers. I’m so disappointed.

I don’t know what goes on at this location, but every time I go here it’s a bad experience. Whether they’re messing up my small & basic order, or sending me around the corner to wait for ages for another small, basic order, there always seems to be an issue or a long wait for seemingly no reason.
The staff is usually kind & friendly enough(only reason for 2 stars), but I can’t say they’re great at their jobs. I noticed other reviews mentioning issues with cleanliness inside too, so it seems maybe the employees are just lazy? Prepping and cleaning must not be a priority. There’s no way I should be waiting around the corner for EVERY SINGLE ORDER — not exaggerating. Half the time when I just drive by this location, I see multiple cars in the waiting area. It’s like everyone working in there is brand new or something. The manager here really needs to step up and do better.
I live 2 minutes away from this location, but I drive to the further location on Osborne to avoid the long wait and potential issues.

I ordered Hot chocolate But there was no flavour in that It was all watery I had to go to second time to drive thru for replacement. They told me to park in the parking lot I told them I am gonna wait at the window I dnt want to have my second time wrong too . One of the girl said We won’t be able to make it right .
Alteast they should give a try to make that instead of showing attitude

The service is fast enough and they're not unpleasant, but this is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever seen. There are just streaks and stains on every single wall and surface. The windows are dirty. The wall behind the cash register by the hand washing sink is just caked in grime. Don't get me started about how filthy the men's room is. I honestly have never seen a McDonald's half this bad.

First off …you should not have to argue with the staff about an order that’s wrong . I had ordered double quarter pounder !!! Got a quarter pounder but payed for the double quarter pounder . Asked for a receipt for work that never happened they parked me as well when it was dead .i do not understand where there customer services skills went . More of a reason why I do not eat at McDonalds any more …. I rather take that 30$ for 2 meals and go make some real food at least I will not have to argue with myself if I mess up …sad sad sad . Train your employees and management to handle situations better.
