When you come in for a medium McFlurry, that's what I expect, Medium. Not the small size amount in a medium cup...this location short changes you on an ice-cream cone too. Another way to rip the customer off.đŸ€Ź

Decided to go to McDonald’s with friends and the front doors were closed although it was 24/7 and there were workers inside. It was around 2:15 so I know it was before the usual system resets around 3 or 4am. We tried to walk through the drive thru to order food since we had been drinking and didn’t want to drive. The workers completely ignored us. We ended up ordering a cab to go through the drive thru and they still messed up on a few parts of our order. The faults in the order aside is it not false advertising to claim 24/7 then cater exclusively to people who have cars?

Total bs. Google says dine in is open 24/7 but really the sign on windows say 5am which we waited from 4am to 5am only to be rudely told they open at 7am. False advertising for this location

Came to get breakfast, first guy taking order didn’t know what a McMuffin was — someone else had to come to take my order. Then I went to the window to pay, tapped my card, proceeded to next window where another staff held out the machine to me again. I told her I already paid and she said ‘oh we didn’t get it — our machine has problems.’ I said ‘fine, but I’m gonna check if it went through’ to which she stood there for a second, then ran away to go grab her colleague to come talk to me. The colleague just said to park around the corner and they’d bring out my food, but I questioned why they were trying to charge me again? She just brushed off the question. I waited in reserved for 10 mins, then they came out and advised they didn’t know it was a breakfast sandwich and that it’ll be another 5 mins. They were laughing and giggling in the back — not doing their jobs. Pathetic.

We ordered a rosti burger and it came with mold on top of the bun. We called them to let them know so they could check the rest of their buns but the lady ended up hanging up on me. I wasn’t being rude, I wasn’t even asking for a refund

What do I have to say, but Wow! Yes, it is just McDonalds you say, but they have for a limited time the Mighty Mcmuffin. What you say is a Mighty Mcmuffin, It has bacon on a sausage Mcmuffin.

I was waiting to take my food in front of the counter for 20 minutes and they never called me. When I asked for three times, then they replied to me they called my serial number. But they did not as I was standing there. When I asked for third time in a row, someone said we called this number. I said, “why didn’t you call me”. A lady just told me to take the refund instead of apologizing. Extremely rude behaviour. Stop working here if you don’t know how to behave and take the ownership of a problem. McDonalds should fire this lady.

They have 2 drive-thru lanes, but only answer 1 lane at a time.
Long wait time.

They would not honour a coupon provided to me by McDonalds Canada customer survey. Staff said it was not valid because I printed it... Yes, I printed the coupon with a unique coupon code and CUT OUT LINES... This apparently invalidated my unique coupon code somehow. Staff said they needed to see the original email with print so small, that no one could read it....

Not being able to read the code in their minds is BETTER than reading the code on paper... Staff insinuated that I was trying to scam them.
