First time I've ever gotten mcdonalds that was so poorly cooked it was to gross to eat. Grill clearly hasn't been cleaned in days.

The restaurant closes apparently at 11:00 pm for cleaning rather than 12 as suggested on the hours of operation outside. Only thing was one guy opened the door for us but was told the same thing by him too.

I've had consistently disappointing experiences at this McDonald's location. On two separate occasions, I specifically requested no mayonnaise on my wrap, but both times it was still included—despite clearly stating I had an allergy the second time (just to try and persuade them to not put it on the chicken wrap). This level of disregard for customer instructions, especially involving potential allergens, is concerning.

After several months, I decided to give the location another chance. Just wanted to grab a quick fries and coke. Unfortunately, the experience was equally frustrating. I waited at the drive-through speaker for 15 minutes without any response from staff. I then spent another 10 minutes trying to exit the drive-through lane, unable to move due to being boxed in by other vehicles.

To clarify, these experiences have all occurred during night hours—I’ve never visited during the day, so I can't speak to the daytime staff. That said, the level of service I've encountered from the night crew has been extremely poor. I’m not convinced there is a worst Mcdonald's location in the city.

The worst customer service I’ve seen in my life. I asked an employee would I be getting fresh fries she told me to drive to the window without answering my question. I drive to the window and ask will you be serving me fresh fries or not because I only want fresh fries. She keeps asking me do I want to pay or not? Payment is not an issue, I just need to know what I’m paying for? Is that too much to ask as a customer? Because if it is, just close your location. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Extremely rude, 0 customer service.

Terrible customer service had to wait a long time in the drive thru to take my order i asked if they where there and didnt get a response thought they couldnt hear me so i said hello louder to get their attention and I got yelled at by a lady she was being very rude i explained to her i was waiting awhile and she continued to yell for no reason at all i didn't even end up placing my order there i tried calling to complain but never got an answer who ever she was that was working at 1am Tuesday April 29 should bot be there i will be talking to management no customer should be treated like that for no reason at all

Consistently Disappointing Early Morning Drive-Thru Experience

I've repeatedly encountered slow and inattentive service at this Winnipeg McDonald's location around 6:15 a.m. Despite ordering simple items like hotcakes and coffee, the wait times are consistently excessive—often over 15 minutes to receive the order, plus an additional 10 minutes just to place it. This defeats the purpose of a drive-thru, which is intended to offer quick and convenient service.​

On multiple occasions, I've been directed to park and wait after ordering, further delaying the process. Observing through the window, the staff appear disengaged and unhurried, showing little regard for the customers' time.​

This pattern of poor service isn't isolated. Other customers have reported similar experiences at various Winnipeg locations, citing long wait times and unprofessional staff behavior .​

I hope management addresses these issues promptly to enhance the customer experience and uphold the standards expected from a McDonald's establishment.​

Same overpriced junk food and ambience is every other McDonald's ever, but it does have a certain appeal (got to hand it to decades of multimillion-dollar marketing). However the bathrooms at this one seems less clean than your average McDonald's. They produce huge amounts of non-recyclable garbage that lazy slobs leave littered all over the area. Idiots make dangerous U-turns on Pembina during rush hour so they can sit idling in the Drive-Thru. You can't blame the store for the behaviour of their customers, but the neighborhood would be safer and cleaner without this place.

The staff were all friendly the odd time I've been in there but service is really slow. Trying to pre-order from the app has been useless the two times I've tried it since the high turnover rate seems to result in folks who don't know how the app system works. One of them wandered off to the back with my phone. :/

No complaints with service or food quality but the employees speaking there crappy language seemed to be making jokes at my expense and I should know they need to be more careful next time
