Went with the family today at lunchtime. Very dirty restrooms and tables. Kitchen staff with open beards and no safety nets on their hair. Used her personal phone and kitchen worker touched my burgers. The atmosphere is totally unsanitary????

Not fast..not fresh. Wait 15 minutes in a drive through you'd hope your fries are fresh. Also, asked for the spicy habenaro and got a regular McChicken. No reciept in the bag.
EDIT. Manager finally reached out to me, apologized, offered to mail me a voucher, and it has been weeks and still nothing. Totally ridiculous.

Absolutely abysmal service, attempted to upsell us, aswell as charge us incorrectly for our meal, I know for a fact a jr chicken meal with small fries and medium drink is 8.82, not 12.50, got our order wrong even though they asked if it was correct on screen. Terrible employees and very slow service. Never coming to this location ever again, absolutely garbage location and management

We usually make a stop on the way home after an event. It’s McDonald’s and like every other one the food is the same. Our service was a bit slow and when we asked a question we seemed to get a bit of attitude (she may have had a rough day/ and it was at 1am) but otherwise it was a typical McDonald’s late night snack. We love that they are open late!!
This is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to anywhere. It just took 24min to get to the end of the drive through with 4 cars ahead of me, which is insane for a McDonald’s… then I had to WAIT in the lot for another 10 min after they gave me half my order, THEN they forgot part of my order and had to come back AGAIN. There were ZERO people inside ordering when this happened, also no one left in the drive through at this point.
This wasn’t a wild order. It was one combo and two happy meals.
