We ordered two Oreo Mcflurries, neither one was mixed. It was just vanilla ice cream with some Oreo’s sprinkled on top. I don’t care if you hate your job but please just mix the ice cream.
They missed my curbside order, waited 20 minutes for drinks while my wife was waiting to be picked up from the mall, after bringing it to their attention, they exceeded my expectations in delivering a positive experience in the end.
I am not sure why I still eat at McDonald's. This last year has being filled with disappointment after disappointment. Routinely I get incorrect orders, and the service isn't really fast anymore. When you go inside to complain, you're met with rudeness, and not even an apology. For the price you pay for fast food, especially at McDonald's you would think they would be able to give you a quality product. But no.
