Momo Japanese & Korean Restaurant

Very disappointing experience. The atmosphere was awkward and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. The restaurant itself didn’t look very tidy, and the service was extremely slow.

The server came across as unhappy and irritated, making us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Everyone can have a bad day, but in customer service, professionalism matters. Even if you’re not feeling your best, a simple smile and a welcoming attitude go a long way. Instead, the overall impression was that she was upset to have customers coming into the restaurant.

Unfortunately, between the untidy environment, awkward atmosphere, and poor customer service, it wasn’t an enjoyable dining experience. I hope management addresses these issues because they make a significant difference in how customers feel and whether they choose to return.

This place is a regular choice fory family for both eat in and take out. Service is always quick and good is amazing! Their tempura and rolls are both delicious.

Staff is super welcoming and friendly! We have a big group of 18 people, made a reservation ahead of time. Lots of options there - Korean and Japanese food. Lots of rolls and Bento boxes options too. We enjoyed our visit! Hoping to come back to try different food again.

Delicious!

I loved the taste of the kimchi and side dishes. The sushi was great and so was the kalbi beef.

My only complaint is that the portion size of a kalbi beef was smaller than I expected.

One of the worst restaurants I have ever visited in my life. The server clearly had no idea what she was doing, and to make things even worse, I saw mice running by the counter. The place is dirty and completely unorganized. They always have delivery drivers waiting inside, but there is no proper waiting area for them. It creates an uncomfortable environment for both customers and drivers — people trying to enjoy an expensive meal with their loved ones have no privacy, and drivers are left standing awkwardly, being stared at and ignored. They deserve respect, and they are part of the business’s success, but the lady working there treats them poorly instead of appreciating their work. This restaurant absolutely needs a visit from a health inspector. I do not recommend this place to anyone due to hygiene concerns — seeing mice running around was enough for me to know I will never return.

Ordered pickup yesterday. I adore the lady I spoke with on the phone, I had to call her a second time as well because I was late. She also handled my order when I arrived, she’s lovely.. made my day🥰. The place is cute & cozy inside. The sushi was really good & presented well. Thank you kindly
