I dined here once. It was okay. Nothing bad about it, but nothing that makes me want to return. It is very average. Worth trying once though.

Good food, lovely location. Great destination once you've visited the Forks - you can walk over the bridge and enjoy a nice lunch. Very disappointed however that the restaurant did not open until very late in the season.

Tasty fish tacos and soup. I love sitting above the river and enjoying the view. Service was prompt. Servers were attentive.

Excellent menu options. They also offer vegetarian and gluten free options. On the night we visited, service was s-l-o-w. We ordered the large charcuterie board which seemed skimpy compared to previous visits. Some food items were under-seasoned. Service was friendly and reasonably attentive.

We went here for a birthday dinner and it was delicious. I had a savory crepe with brie and asparagus and it was one of the best things I've ever had. My husband had a poutine and a burger and he loved it too. We will definitely be back.

Great burgers, fries, and french onion soup. A cozy restaurant over the Red River, the Forks, and St. Boniface, watching the ducks, geese, and seagulls on the river, while enjoying a delicious lunch. Thank you for the service. :)

Great burgers, fries, and french onion soup. Love the white cranberry juice, too. Thank you for a great service at lunch.

Came here for Burger Week. Great atmosphere but food was ok. The burger we had was good but was a bit rich and lacking something. I’d be back but maybe for an alcoholic beverage.

First time at mon ami Louis was awesome. Casual atmosphere with friendly staff. We had their sacred blue burger during burger week which was excellent as well the views of the river make you want to stay longer. The menu was also very reasonably priced. We will return soon .

Disclaimer: this is a burger week review. Went around noon on the holiday Monday. Wasn't very busy and got a great window table. Service was excellent throughout (thanks Jedida). Split the burger with my partner. This was only our 5th burger of the festival, but it was easily the best. First thing I noticed was the patty - great flavour and a nice crust. The potato nest gave some airiness and crunch. I could have eaten a whole plate of potato nests. And the blue cheese was perfect. Not overpowering. My partner who is not a fan of blue cheese even liked it. The sliced steak on the burger was a bit lost in the mix but definitely didn't take anything away from the composition. The side of duck fat fries were perfect. Legitimately these are possibly the best fries in the city. I would recommend finishing the share with an outstanding homemade ice cream sandwich. Delicious!

Their Le Burger Week burger was amazing, my favorite out of all the ones I tried!
