We attended the restaurant tonight. Our last visit had an issue and to “make things right” we were invited back to enjoy an entree and dinner on the house. Staff went above and beyond to fix the errors from our previous visit. This is how you make things right. Everyone makes mistakes and “doing sorry” rather than just saying sorry really renews a person’s faith in the establishment. Montana’s did it right. The food overall was good, we tried a variety of things including the lobster antojitos which were surprisingly good for being so far from the ocean.
We are adding this to our restaurant rotations for days out with the kids.
