I was not very happy with the service. There was water on the floor near the Pepsi fountain. No one bothered to clean and had no caution sign too. People could have slipped and injured their back. One of the staff was on break and just watching her phone. She could have sorted it out and then taken a break. The team should go for a customer service session. A brand can only help you by 30% the rest is customer service and quality.
The lady who works the morning mon to fri makes the BEST breakfast combo I have ever had at a Subway. Just takes her time and follows the two step process of heating the egg Befor toasting the whole thing result hot sandwich soft flatbread way to go!
