I usually order the lemonades or the hard ice, and both of them are always amazing ?. The service is really good most of the time and the times that are not as good are because they are really busy or there is a hard costumer in front. I recommend the place ?. Plus, they always add a new flavor every week .

I visited the store today in the evening with my partner and I’m giving this place one star due to the following: The girl taking the orders was preparing one of those soft ice creams dipped in sauces, a fly landed on the ice cream after she pulled it from the chocolate dip. She realized it, and walked to the back and asked someone what to do. That guy simply instructed her to remove the fly, which she did using her finger and proceeded to hand it over to the customer who was not aware of this because they were standing outside at the window. All this happened in plain sight and very evidently. I don’t want to know what happens when no one is looking.

I was at the forks market today before the place opened. I know the staff goes in 30 minutes early to prepare for opening. But today, they did not turn on the soft ice-cream machine until after 11:02am. 2 minutes after they opened, and I wanted to order a milk shake. Why didn't they turn on the ice-cream machine right when they came in? One Star is all you get.

Great ice cream, had the salt caramel. Line was very long, not a deal breaker though It’s okay. They had checked the icecream to make sure it didn’t contain gluten which was good. Will be back to try other flavours in the future
