Very delicious ice cream at the Forks Market in Winnipeg! After a mediocre dinner, Neon Cone swooped in to salvage the evening with a fantastic dessert.
I had the cookie dough and was pleased with the actual amount of cookie dough. Sometimes you order that and you gotta dig deep to even find a single boulder of dough. Not here! Many delicious boulders of cookie dough were dispersed throughout the ice cream.

Neon cone is one of Winnipeg’s best places for homemade ice cream. The chocolate is my go to in the city. Fast/ friendly service , fair prices and big portions. Will be back for sure
