We made a reservation for the chef's table and chose the tasting menu, 9 dishes plus dessert. We did not get the interactive chef experience that we heard about from others but it was still a fantastic experience. The food is beautiful and delicious. Nola exceeds expectations! Tasked with the challenge of providing shared plates for four omnivores, one vegan allergic to nuts and one gluten and lactose intolerant person and Nola outdid themselves! We were all dazzled with our choices. The food was delicious as always. Kudos to Chef Emily and our servers who ensured we were safe and happy.
