I want to give service 0 very bad customer service you have don’t even serve properly less chicken in wrap not even worth especially this branch is literally a useless

The food was super delicious! The lamb meat was super good. Also the employee Hardeep was super nice! Even if they were busy she was kind,nice, and she always does things right!

Recieved my skip order and hardly any meat and toppings on the pita. Very disappointing paying this price for less than half of a pita.

I am not the regular customer but i came here yesterday Sunday evening the Women at the front was very nice to me. She suggests me multiple options and helps me to download the OPA app. Highly recommended for the excellent service.

Poor Service by the woman working there. Was not able to process a simple order. Made my wrap so bad. I asked her to put sauce at bottom, she goes like, “ I am not comfortable “ Lol. All opas do that but she concerned.

The staff has changed over the years as I’m a regular customer. I had received a coupon for free fries or pcikled spears and went to redeem it with the purchase of a pita. They were rude and would not accept it, saying I had to purchase a meal. The coupon did not state that I had to purchase a meal and they were just making up the rules. Bad customer service. I won’t be giving my money to this franchise anymore and hope the establish some better franchises as fast food chains in Canada really seem to be going downhill

This Opa is a fast food location adjacent to Safeway and Smitties. You can eat in with plenty of seating or take out. Look for or ask about any seasonal shorttime only dishes. Signup online for rewards including free offerings. All hot food is cooked on a hot grill, including the pita bread--delicious. Yes, Kalamata olives are available, but only with pits. Service and cooking is fast. Gratuities are welcome, with Thanks. The restaurant is kept clean, as are the rest rooms.
