Would love to continue supporting this small business after 10+ years of patronage but just can no longer deal with the staff. So rude.. I used to get excited to come here but now leave feeling bummed and like an inconvenience! The woman with the short hair/mask is on another level! Over the phone or in person just such an attitude. Love the vegan and ethical options/deli but not worth the money to be treated this way! If it’s management creating this miserable culture shame on you. Hate to leave a bad review on a place like this but I’m super fed up.

Being a long-time wolseley resident I try to support the local shops in the area. This store is sooo pretentious. Items here are priced absurdly high. Their sun bars have experienced the new trend of shrinkflation, as they are incredibly and noticeably slimmer than they were just a week ago. Products sold here are 3-4 times higher in price than the EXACT same items sold elsewhere. And the short haired woman with glasses and a face mask is the most arrogant, condescending, unnecessarily douchey person I've encounter in a while. I also bought a blueberry muffin from here once, one of their vegan in-house baked products, and it was raw dough in the middle. When I phoned them to explain the situation as I live just across the street, do you think anyone attempted to rectify the situation? Nope. Spent five dollars on an unbaked muffin and receive zero compensation for it. Gouging, unfriendly, and just overall a stuck-up, self-righteous energy in this environment. Go to Walmart instead, at least you won't be overcharged for your poor treatment.

It’s the biggest scam grocery store of all time. I used to shop here against my will due to a lack of readily available vegan options at other stores. The produce here is exorbitantly priced, I’ve seen carrots for over $10 and pineapple for $29. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to be paying that much ever, especially in a city like Winnipeg where there is competition for grocery stores. Organic and coop are just buzzwords to justify their horrible prices. Additionally, their food is terrible. Save yourself the money and go literally anywhere else.

I ordered one dozen of the vegan mushroom burgers. I tried microwaving, pan frying, and baking them and the results of all methods were not acceptable. I've had these burgers before and they were fabulous. This time it was like having dry cereal instead of a burger. I even tried to put them on some cheese hoping the sticky cheese would keep the 'shreds' together. It didn't. These burgers smelled great but had very little taste. I won't be ordering food from Organic Planet again!

We recently ordered from their vegan catering menu for a holiday family gathering. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality, taste and presentation of the order. They provided top notch vegan food at a great price. Their customer service during the entire planning and ordering process was top notch. We will definitely be recommending them to others and placing future orders with them.

I love this little shop! So many wonderful things to choose from. The staff are courteous and friendly. I'm surprised to see the negative reviews, however, and I disregard them as people can be quite odd in this world in their expectations of others. I love their vegan deli items and loose leaf teas, the fresh organic produce. I shop here weekly, and look forward to seeing what's new. Thank you. ☺️

I haven't been to the store in some time due the the dismissive and rather rude staff (perhaps uncomfortable with people of color). Gave it another go today and I agree with what another customer wrote about the lady who wears a mask, just rude. I don't know why the staff are working here if they are just miserable. God forbid you ask for help, or to be served, yikes.

Shoutout to the woman who always wears a mask for opening the door for a woman with a tomato plant frame and then barely saying goodbye to me - a man with a child in his arm and groceries in the other. Not sure either why she seems so unpleased when I come in despite spending so much money there.

What a great little store! Has vegan items that are not easy to find. I was super impressed with the variety of vegan options. I want to go back and order a lunch from the deli as well as buy the sourdough bread. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff here, it's a cute store with lots of different things. They also have a little coffee shop inside, I got a lavender latte. It has good positive vibes.

Bought a pumpkin pie for 25$.The pie was shockingly pathetic. When I returned the pie, I was met with indifference as if it was an inconvenience. Not a good experience. After having spent thousands of dollars for the decades I was a customer, obviously the horrible pie was more important than proper customer service.Tie is severed.

I try and support this place but every single time I try and shop there I spend time shopping and making my item selections only to find out debit/credit isn't working...why don't they tell you when they say hello?? Or post it...my bad for not always asking I guess. Very very disappointing. Waste of time for everyone involved.
