Ordered through Uber Eats, preparation and delivery were super fast, but…Pizza is awful. Doug is completely dried like eating 2 days old pizza. Pizza sides are obviously burnt. The only good thing in our “Fiery Buffalo Chicken Pizza” was Buffalo sauce. Felt like pizza was just heated up off the fridge (which may be true considering that cooking was like twice or triple faster then any previous order from other places) Worst pizza so far in Winnipeg

Papa John's is really the pinnacle of mediocre pizza. Quality of ingredients is not there, the cheese ratio can be off and the crust is not very enjoyable. I'm pretty sure I'm being generous with 3 star rating.Domino's and Little Caesars are better!

UNHYGIENIC! The employee was kneading pizza dough with bare hands and then went for delivery, besides that one of their Asian employees is too aggressive. I waited for my pick-up for more than 30 minutes, and upon asking a second time, he start shouting and began throwing dough!

I recently ordered the butter chicken pizza and like another reviewer, I too also requested extra sauce. When looking at the pizza, the crust was such a large portion of each slice. I also couldn't tell that there was extra sauce, if anything there was reduced sauce. Lastly, I'd be hard-pressed to tell that there was actually chicken as a topping. Considering the prices of their pizzas, I expected better. I think I'm done with Papa Johns.

Terrible pizza the last few times I've tried this location. Last time I ordered two pizzas, one with extra sauce and one with their new butter chicken sauce.. there was so little sauce on both that I tried to peel the cheese up to see if they added any sauce at all. I couldn't tell you how the butter chicken sauce tastes, as I couldn't taste the hint of it that was on there. I sent feedback through the papa John's feedback form/email and received no response, so I don't expect the quality to get better.
I called and asked them to only put meat on ONE of the pizzas I was ordering, and they “don’t accommodate their customers by doing that” .. asked to speak to a manager and they said I was speaking to the owner. Literally you’re SAVING meat by not adding it to one pizza!?! Weirdos!!!

It used to be great. I used to go out of my way to go to this location in the years past as the one near me was terrible. Now the prices have increased like everything with is expected and the toppings are lacking. Way to much dough now ,the sauce was good but the cheese was missing on many slices. They said they use a pre measured cup now for the cheese time for a bigger cup if that's the case. They also said its from the square cut, and it's not it looked very light in the cheese before it was even cut it just pulls away because there is hardly any. We get square cut all the time, and there is no issue if the toppings are decent. For the price especially they need to step it up. I will probably give them another shot in the future but if this happens again we won't be back.

Well then its time to get a bigger cup many slices had little to no cheese not impressed.
