Waited over an hour for 2 omelettes with burnt toast and an order of pancakes . It doesn't take an hour to cook eggs and pancakes...Restaurant wasn't busy or anything. Food was delicious. Service was so bad . I can't believe this chick was even hired. Whilst waiting for food the waitress comes to the table and says she didn't charge us correctly and we still owe $6 with no proof, receipt , explanation or anything. I paid it but had a feeling she was lying. I felt ripped off when I left. She was just salty that I didn't tip her when I ordered the food and paid for it . (You gotta pay when you place ur order) So she lied to get that $6 . Wild

Low-key diner vibe with a bar. I liked the ambiance and the food was solid with good portions, but the service was extremely slow and barebones, I was never even offered a refill of coffee. It took 30-40 minutes for our food to be ready despite the restaurant being empty besides 2 other tables.I'd eat there again if I were staying at this hotel, but definitely only if I had time to spare. It is conveniently located near a lot of downtown attractions.

We flipped a coin despite the reviews, the food was good and the service was quick. A simple light menu with a good selection of items. The front of house were young , seemed inexperienced. Advice to our server: never bring the tab unless requested. By closing out our bill you basically told us service was over, we could have wanted to order dessert or coffee or even more wine, once the bill hit the table you lost potential sales.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel for 2 nights. Excellent hotel. However the restaurant attached to it was not very good. The staff in the restaurant were very nice and friendly especially the one that served my breakfast Sunday morning. But the food was absolutely disgusting. I had supper Saturday night and breakfast Sunday morning. Very poor quality food, actually I wouldn't even call it food, I don't know what to call it but it was certainly gross.

Made 2 visits to this place. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first night, but the second night was the same. Understaffed wait staff. Extremely slow despite very few customers. Hostess was rude and acted as if customers were an inconvenience to her. Would not recommend based on service. Food was OK.

Breakfast was OK with nice selection but service was lackluster. This place is under the management of the Holiday Inn group of companies. Parking can be a challenge unless you are a guest of the hotel you'll get free parking. The people dines here are mostly hotel guests. Not excited for another try.

I ordered a Panini Grilled Cheese, to go (in my room). It was was saggy, regular white bread, with fat dripping out when you take a bite. The sweet potato fries were wet and saggy, it was disgusting. I gave a star because i had to give in one in order to post a review, but i would prefer 0 star.
