This is my favourite coffee shop in Winnipeg: peaceful, comfortable, great service and wonderful coffee and desserts. Helen is always friendly and gracious.
Booked a table to have my book club meeting here, the owner was incredibly kind! The food was fantastic (I recommend the tiramisu cake, it was so so good) and the coffee was lovely! A ton of seating space, my group had a great time. Would come again!
Plenty of seating and a few couches at the back. Always nice selection of cakes and baking. Fresh coffees and teas. Friendly staff here too! Nice place for a coffee date! Worth revisiting!

Dan’s Cafe and Lounge, & Pastry Castle is an amazing cafe with excellent service, delicious cakes like tiramisu, Ferrero rocher, and strawberry. The Double Dare cake and rum balls are must-tries. The atmosphere is perfect for a quiet conversation and is very pleasant. The staff is always kind, helpful, and super friendly, serving with a smile. With generous, gigantic servings for the price, the coffee is delicious and the cakes are super fresh and tasty. This cafe has been a favorite for many years and is a pleasant surprise.
