Very unprofessional. I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and this morning I decided to order through Ubereats. The app shows they are open until 9pm but the storefront was not available at the time I tried to order, that's fine no big deal. So I placed the order for delivery at a later, order went through, 45 mins later it wasn't not even accepted. I worked in a restaurant as well and I know how the app works. I just need a confirmation, if you don't want to do it, go ahead and cancel so I can order from the other place. I guess I'm nobody so we will just take our business somewhere else. It sounded like a tiny thing but it just ruined my morning.

Dissapointed with the quality of pho, ordered 1 delux pho by late 9pm to take out , and all i received is just a bunch of frozen stuff , the broth is really bland and feels like just water and a liitle oil , i can really see the oil bubblings on top and it tatsless. Come with really small portion size although i ordered regular size

Pho Binh Minh restaurant is an excellent place to stop by for Casual St., Vietnamese food. The court is very simple, but the food is very good and the service is just as good. They have give me subs, vermicelli, and many other dishes. I highly recommend.

Their soup ranks among some of the best in city. Spicy sate rare beef excellent. Broth spicy with touch of cinnamon. Tons of fresh ingredients. My wife enjoyed the Vietnamese sweet and spicy shrimp soup. Both dishes great.
