Love the food. However, my last experience with customer service was very poor. I ordered off DoorDash house special pho and wontons. The beef that comes with the pho was not included and instead I received spring rolls. I called and the employee told me I would need to order a can drink on DoorDash plus pay for delivery and tip the driver again. Then he would be able to send me my beef. There was no other option apparently and he couldn’t refund my can drink, delivery fee and...

Phở Hoang is a fantastic place for a lunch date, I went with my girlfriend prior to the rush and the service is faster than most restaurants in the Osborne area with it’s friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. I will always recommend them to friends and family for they truly know how to take care of their customers.
