We have enjoyed this Vietnamese for the last 10 years. Its consistent ly very good and there is a great choice of food. I have never encountered a staff person or patron wearing cologne or perfume. This is a huge problem for me in so many public situations nowadays. Every time I go there I want to complain about the gross condition of the doors for the bathrooms and front entrance. Then I sit down, eat very well and go home.

Need to improve softness of meat and pasta.
And need fast service
Food is always amazing and is very fast. Reserve a table or come early to beat the lunch time rush. If you like spice you gotta try the #22!! The x-large is huge so be prepared. 😂

I absolutely love it here. My only down fall is when ordering take out you need to package the broth in a bigger bowl so you can actually put the contents of the soup/pho in the broth. The way it’s done now you can’t without the broth spilling over.
I think people only come here because the decor is nice. Otherwise I’m not sure why. The food is mid. It’s bland. It’s not authentic Vietnamese food. The pho broth just tastes like salty water rather than a broth that beef has been boiling in. Last time I got the BBH, not a single taste of beef broth. Just spicy water. I thought maybe I should give it a second go since people still recommend this place. Also got the salad rolled with grilled pork. The pork is not grilled. And the seasoning for the pork is not that an authentic vietnamese restaurant would serve. It’s insanely busy for how bland and terrible the service is. We ordered an avocado slush and we’ve been working on our food for over half an hour there. We followed up, waited said it’s on the way… We’ve already finished our food by then. The point of ordering a drink is to enjoy it with the meal. We ended up paying for our meal and told the cashier lady that we’ve been waiting on our drink and we still haven’t gotten it. And the lady at the cashier had the audacity to ask us if we still wanted the drink (as she would make it for us) and that we would still be charged? Why would we want to pay for a drink that took us half an hour (or more) to come out? It’s insane. Please go support a family owned, non-franchise restaurant if you’re looking for authentic food. It seems like everyone is unaware of what they’re doing and how to give good hospitality services here.

We love the design and decor of the restaurant, especially the beautiful wall art featuring a peacock.
Pho and vermicelli bowls are our all time favourites and they never disappoint here.
This time, we also tried the coconut slush bubble tea and pandan coconut slush bubble tea (the green one) both were amazing!

The restaurant is cute, the service was friendly, and the food was very fresh and well presented. We had the walnut prawns, the vermicelli deluxe (the pork was the best on the plate), the well-done brisket pho, and the spring rolls. We also had an iced coffee with coconut. 🥥
